Champion Adultz primary focus is on the young adults once they age out of the school system, but we accept all adults that meet our assessment guidelines. Our goal is to care for your each of our Adultz individually and collectively.
Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:00pm
Private Transportation Available or Public Transportation is Available
We accept Medicaid, VA Benefits, Private Pay and other financial assistance options. Please feel free to contact our facility to find out what options are available to you.
We also have our own transportation services available to provide services to and from our facility, which best suites your schedule. Our vehicles are equipped to handle walkers and wheelchairs.
